Some lenders increased their conforming loan limit to $715,000. We can broker to these lenders. If you have a loan amount in excess of the current conforming loan limit of $647,200 and up to $715,000, we can broker it as a conforming loan to these lenders. This may give you a lower interest rate than a jumbo loan.
